The IPS User Forum---The Future of Integrated Product Support---has been taking place in Vienna, Austria this week from October 17 to 20. The event offers insights and solutions around IPS (Integrated Product Support) and ILS (Integrated Life Cycle Support). DCL's #S1000D and #IETM subject matter experts Naveh Greenberg and Chuck Davis were on hand to meet with members of the Aerospace & Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) and Aerospace Industries Association of America, Inc. (AIA).
The goal of the user forum is to drive interoperability and digital transformation through the implementation of the Suite of S-Series IPS-Specifications and S1000D. Naveh presented his top tips when preparing for S1000D: "An Investment in Accuracy and Cost Savings Before S1000D Adoption: Identify and Eliminate Redundant Content."
