PRESS RELEASE
Data Conversion Laboratory (DCL) Expands Executive Team with Chief Information Officer
Hire of CIO Tammy Bilitzky follows a strong year of company growth

New York, NY – April 8, 2013 – Data Conversion Laboratory (DCL), an industry leader in organizing, converting, and enhancing content, which allows its clients to expand their offerings and create new revenue streams, welcomes Tammy Bilitzky as the company’s Chief Information Officer (CIO). This expansion of DCL’s executive team follows a strong 2012, during which the company saw a 35 percent growth in revenue.

"I’ve followed DCL’s work for years, with admiration. I’ve watched CEO Mark Gross and his extraordinary team consistently stay a tier above their competition,” said Ms. Bilitzky. “When considering the CIO position, I realized that joining a company in the midst of a growth stage, with a team eager to embrace new processes, is not the kind of opportunity you find every day. I look forward to making a real impact on the organization, and to working with a knowledgeable team with significant industry tenure."

Ms. Bilitzky joins DCL following three decades with Marsh and McLennan Inc. subsidiary Guy Carpenter & Co., LLC, a global leader of reinsurance and capital management. Her most recent position there was Managing Director, preceded by numerous other senior technology management roles.

"As DCL grows, we’re always exploring new approaches that allow us to improve our product quality, accuracy, and delivery time,” notes DCL CEO Mark Gross. “We’re leveraging the best tools – and by hiring Tammy, the best people – to allow us to further advance what we offer our clients. I am thrilled to welcome a CIO of such caliber to DCL."
